1. Is someone trying to trick others into thinking they are stupid or bluffer.

2. Someone who genuinely learns names of things without really understanding how they work. In your example, a novice or hobbyist whose main task is to put together a computer of all their parts.

3. I would like to know who you are so that I know the nature of things. Now we all know I know its names but we don’t know how they work. What is a bulb? Does everyone know exactly how the electricity works? In this group I would say that the term is simply=”user”.
