“free shipping to worldwide” doesn’t quite flow: it sort of makes sense but “as” implies a singular destination which “worldwide” doesn’t fit with.
The three right, and would be understood to mean the exact same thing. And the three wrong.
The thought of FREE worldwide shipping sounds very natural, but I really don’t think it matters in
this case.
