I am facing the same naming problem when creating variables/fields for rates in order to disambiguate a number which might be scaled at different times and sizes.

I can’t find a good name for the representation where for example 0 goes to 0. Basis Point = 0. Does 1 equal 10%?

What is a good composition to come up with? Mathematical, numerical or qualitative.
