‘Have’ is a passive word. Get is an active word. Is it possible to ‘have’ a meal and the guests could be involved in the event? You could get some food and that could mean you were involved in getting it. While use of either word is not necessarily wrong in the context of getting/having enough sleep,

    it is not necessarily correct.
