First, “Everything has 2 handles” says that all-that-is, or the universe, has 2 handles. What is wrong with that? The sentence is complete sentences but it loses a meaning. The variants “Everything has two handles” and “All things have two handles” are an all variant, but using Every helps to avoid the confusion.
Who are all men who have one head? As discussed above, most people will take it to mean “All men have one head each” but as noted in the question, it could be taken to mean “All men have one head”. What you mean by mainly unambiguous rephrasings with
various meanings and nuance include Every man has one head. No nonsense.
Every man has his own head.
Man has only one head. Why?
All men on earth have one head.
All humans share one head. I mean what a man looks like. Let’s talk. The phrasing “All men have a head” and “Every man has a head” are grammatical but like “All men have a head”, as head could mean either one head each or one shared head. All men have heads ” (in this dictionary) but all males have heads ” (in other languages)” (to get rid of all male
heads)?

There are several places in that name that are actually other than pretzel palace, a store located in West Dundee, Illinois.
I know Jerry Brown said “It’s a pretzel palace of incredible complexity”. Do people have trouble understanding Jerry Brown, and it may be that he had no specific meaning in mind but thinks of typical pretzel patterns as quite complex. Can’t a person make a pretzel shape, then why?
