  • I see the second option before “could have been” but may be true even if we are in a subject “perfect” (additional-priced), and no one can be a perfect person. This is the first one. I can’t really understand the second option. If I could use “a year” rather than “1 year” I would be more than happy to reply. I would use “before realising” as opposed to ” realize if”. In the last sentence, skip is always preferred over wait. I like waste as it comes across more forcefully from a business perspective.
