I am not convinced we cannot use lunar in this context. Is it possible to describe how countless solar systems exist in our Solar system? I
think it’s perfectly reasonable to describe the eclipse observed from the surface of another planet, by that planet’s moon, using the term lunar eclipse. What depends on the planet in which a complete eclipse occurred would not necessarily take time to be translated according to the specific location. It’s not like we call it a lunar eclipse, after all. Ignore the “glaringly irregular” turbulence.
What is ” interlunar “, and how would it work are other aspects? I think a reader would immediately understand what is being said.
