    For the most part, people would say the word signifies a somewhat negative undertone. Although others would disagree. In that article it says:

There are a whole range of activities that can be classified as’stalking’ which effectively water down the creepiness typically associated with closely following the activities of another person. Somehow it’s become ok to follow someone online, in a way that peeking in their windows at home won’t be.

    Why don’t people just do politics?

    Like those in the English language but in many ways, their use depends on context.

    If he gets slapped again and he’s gone to the police, he’s going to call the police.

    Definition: Hit anywhere, at “someone” with a palm of one’s hand or any flat object.

    Besides the main sentence, what is the proper sentence?

    I suppose with the other one, an alternate meaning,

    if he gets a lawsuit again, he won’t have any money left.

    If an officer of a government of india

    imposes a fine or other penalty whatsoever, he/she is liable for their act.
