Does “Guts” mean “closed”?

A doctor cured his patient and operated on him. Yes the patient sucked out of jail and was shot at his back, they had separated and the doctor took him out of prison and shot him with 20 rounds. After about 30 seconds, the wounded man was shot in the chest. The doctor took the bullet out by hand and was shocked by his patient’s reaction. The patient said:

“Guts”

I didn’t stop choking and told

them they had

sucked and got into my guts. I have my guts too, what was wrong? Can someone please clear me?

Is it like: “Internal organ of his body”. When the bullet was taken out, he felt like his internal organs are being removed. (Guts = Internal organs). What is the best one, and why?

What is Guts,

and what not, are the meanings?
