What are the following facts confirming my belief in the validity of this article?

1) Mondays, January 4, 11, 18 & 25 (plural weekday)

2) Mondays, January 4, 11, 18 & 25 (singular weekday)

3) Mondays, January 4, 11, 18 & 25 (plural weekday, no comma before the ampersand)

4) Monday, January 4, 11, 18, & 25 (singular weekday, with a comma before the ampersand)

Use a comma before an ampersand or “and” is either a British or an American form of English or both styles.

From the use of singular to plural, both are acceptable under certain circumstances, which you’d even have to provide. E.g.

… on the following Mondays:……

Monday the 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of January.
