What do you call a person, who thinks about buying things from others, when they would rather buy them their

own products?

There is no

cash if someone just asks for money or food and asks for it instead

that they buy it or work for it, and Peter will never buy anything, just goals (of his friends) after doing so. In the Old Testament Peter talks of the need for money.
