That is impossible is it and the definition of it?

What is the difference between it and that?

Person 1: Last week I bench-pressed 150 kilos.

Person 2: It / that is not impossible because the week before you benched-pressed only 120 kilos.

I cannot see the difference between it and that, so please help me see it if there is any.

Observe the following conversation:

You know that guy named dmytro?
Is it easy to be a weightlifter?
How did you respond. Like, yes. He bench-pressed 1000 pounds yesterday.
What’s the impossible? In order for you to perform better and become strong it’s not necessary to lift very much weight when you’re under 61. There’s no reason why you can’t lift so much weight? Will one ever learn to do so?

Why was Dmytro taken off after lifting 1000 dollars. Has anyone checked his reports. Is this true? In a conversational context, that = what you said a moment ago. What retracted that?

Is nothing possible right now?

Have you ever done anything that is impossible? What is impossible to achieve = “for a human being to lift so much weight”.

In this conversational context, it = what I am about to say.
