Is the last concert of the band done? Move and laugh now. Is this anything but bad?

On the way home, mom smiles & says “Good job Hojin.” The concerts are not over yet. What’s up with laugh? I just have to admit it. Is it okay? In

this context, in the last sentence “What does “It” refer to? Is ‘It’ a dummy subject which doesn’t represent at all?

  1. ” Move and laugh now “. When someone loses their hair I think they’re too pale. Is it okay?
  2. Emotional Freedom, laughing now is okay.

You have seen the expression, “it’s’my favorite place for laughing'” in #2?

“It” would refer to “moving and laughing” but it may be better to treat this as a little idiom that can be used to ask for or give permission.

I guess it sometimes is okay to cry.
