How using space, in math if useful with space.
When you speak of outer space, do you use the afterward part or will this be consistently without the term?

Never, never, ever use the phrase “the space” when referring to outer space. In this case “the space” is used exactly the same way it would be when speaking about earthbound spatial relationships, as in “the space between paragraphs” and isn’t particular to outer space.

As per Oxford learner’s dictionary when referring external earth’s atmosphere, definition #15, space is an unaccountable noun…. Can space be accompanied by indefinite or definite articles.
