What is the word for adjective before something?

How can I come up with an adjective meaning ‘addition (before something)’ in the sense: His title was ‘holiness’ but now it must be expressed with the? What is a thing? ‘supreme’ (such that the name is now’supreme holiness’). I want it to be clear that the word “supreme” must be added before the term “holiness” I thought maybe’superaddition’, but that’s somewhat different.

What would it

be like to call him Supreme Holiness?

This leaves no room for misunderstandings. The fact that’supreme’ must come before ‘holiness’ is ruled out by the concrete term’supreme holiness’ where’supreme’ does indeed appear before ‘holiness’.
