Word choice between’stem from’ and ‘ignite’

I am composing my Statement of Purpose. Someone could possibly answer my questions here?

Who is the best education personality in the world?

Why is ” is ignited by ” better on this sentence?

What’s your opinion about us as an individual?

How strong must one characterize a passion for education? To say your passion “stems from” an incident produces a image of your interest growing in your passion like a plant from seed. To be saying that it was fire implies that your passion is like a fire, and this is a much more dramatic and intense

characterization.

STEM

verb

  1. originate in

or be caused by Originate is

synonymous with Arouse, Fire, Kindle and: INDITUDE verb arouse or

inflame

(an

emotion or situation): “the words ignited new fury in him” Amused verb arouse

If you inflame passion, you are the stem of said passion.

I don’t understand

semantics. That is very semantical.
