I haven’t been in America all that long and I’m still getting used to English pronunciation here. I was the one trying to stop myself. Sometimes I’ve heard people say they “drove” from Dallas to Austin, for example, in a context that strongly suggests they took a Megabus – is that a common usage, or am I reading this wrongly?

I will drive to town but I can’t drive. What is the answer for these three questions?
