As a person, it’s not about appearance. However, these are the reasons. They would look at the mirror, and remember their uglyness, but always looking for a new perspective. They would wonder at anything and be mangled they could see.

I guess as a narcissist would look in the mirror 100 times a day and think, wow, I’m beautiful, a (insert the word I’m seeking here) would think, you’re kinda ugly.
