Where is word emphasis in “as well as” sentences?
Do you need patience to deal with ego and intuition? Which
part of the 2 the writer here wants to stress out the importance more to the reader.? Should I listen to my intuition? as well as stresses the precedent or the following parts?

To the same extent, i.e. “as well” in your sentence. In my interpretation of your sentence, “as well” is employed with the meaning “to the same extent” Both parts are rendered equivalent in this respect. No preference is made!
