How accurate is the sentence below (street lights casting)?

“… illuminated by the lined up street lights casting soft hues against the black. Is

there an auxiliary verb between Street Lights and Casting In Hindi?

I decided to put it in my sentence as what I understood so far it means ‘the street lights are lightning the dark, causing one color of lights in pitch black space’. I’ve read somewhere else on the internet of the phrase and I use that phrase in other sentences to explain the situation and show some details too. What does it mean specifically in the context of the English native?

Thank you!

I want something that my partner and I can share?
