Term query for perception disconnection?

Is there ever a word in medical jargon to describe the disconnection between two bodily perceptions, e.g., at all. ;

  • to feel tired, but not sleepy

  • (to be happy): to be hungry but not

to have

I think part of the term you’re looking for is “dissonance” which the Oxford Dictionary defines as ” Lack of agreement between people or things or feelings or emotions. There

is such a thing as sensorial dissonance but that seems more related to physical sensations not jiving with reality (such as when you jump into a cold pool just so that the temperature is warmer than the wind, even though it is actually colder) This is the closest I could come up with, however.

Cognitive dissonance is something else altogether, the ability to hold twice the same opinion.
