What slogan are you going to choose?

I want to write a message for people to join an on-line community of advanced developers, which one of the following sentence is best?

What are the things that could have been improved in one year? Join advanced development now!

Don’t

wait until 1 year to realize that your programs can be better written. Join the community for advanced developers?

If

you can only wait 1 year to realize how much better your program can be written on line, would it be helpful? Is there any community of advanced developers?

Don’t

waste 1 year before you realize how your programs could be improved. Join the advanced developer community now!

How do I get a quote from wikipedia?

I see the second option before “could have been” but may be true even if we are in a subject “perfect” (additional-priced), and no one can be a perfect person. This is the first one. I can’t really understand the second option. If I could use “a year” rather than “1 year” I would be more than happy to reply. I would use “before realising” as opposed to ” realize if”. In the last sentence, skip is always preferred over wait. I like waste as it comes across more forcefully from a business perspective.
