Can’t understand the sentence in question 57/07/2009.

I watch Sherlock the Stranger season 3 episodes here. Can you suggest me what season to watch? In one of the episodes of “Extraordinary Meals”,

he is saying: “Don’t want to be doing roast pork, not if you’re slicing up cadavers.” What

does so mean if “but I can’t understand what does it mean. ” If you could rephrase the sentence, would you make a better sentence?

What exactly is a cadaver? Is pork good for you?

I assume the character is warning how there could be a conflict of the stomach if one works with human flesh and eats pig flesh.
