A word to describe a value passes the particular threshold.

You can not formulate the correct title for this question. Please help me! How do I describe what values pass a certain threshold? For example consider

1 3 |5| 7 8

The threshold is 5, but what I got is 3, which couldn’t pass the 5.

Which way to say it?

That value C cannot pass through the 5 because it has to pass through 3 times. That value 3 cannot pass/get over/bypass/pass through the 5 using this example.

What do you understand about PAGS? Is it really “pass”?

The phrase Meets, surpasses is a very common one. If 5 is the minimum acceptable value, and you refer to 5 as the threshold, you can say that only values that meet or exceed the threshold are acceptable….” “When

we say we are at the present we have gone to the past.”
