Is low noise a sign of confusion or complaint? –
When we search wikipedia, do we get “murmur” or “drone” without the proper meanings? Or am I confused? I want to use it to describe a group of people on strike who hear that their demands are not met and the CEO has resigned. What makes you think before you yell? And they’re most restless. Even those who sleep are confused. What would be the effect of different things in the crowd on a certain thing or someone?
