What is the difference between if you wanted me or if you liked me?

I am not native so I dont understand this sentence means i should send some documents for someone or somebody wants to send me some documents? Would you like me to send the list of documents for foreigners?

like me to send the lists of documents for a student and visitors? When

I go into grammar and spelling “for” the preposition “for” looks unnecessary. “Would you like

me to send the lists of documents for a student and visitors. Is

it mean that they ask you if you want them (him/her) to send some lists of documents… It will

mean if you want that they will send it
