What does ‘Aggressive’ mean when it is used often to describe someone negative?

Google defines what? 1. 3. ready or likely to attack or confront; characterised by or resulting from aggression. 5. unsure or satisfied in relation to attacks. 7. I need you to behave in a determined and forceful way.

Going off the above definitions I don’t think it’s important but depends on context?

e.g. Ajax accounting is very aggressive, he doesn’t take any crap from anyone. Is assertive a nicer way of describing the same traits or does it have an entirely different

meaning?

It seems to think this article is very negative but I’m not convinced. English Help Online. 111.138.124.123.26.19.28. https://EnglishHelponline.18.131.123.3.12 www.EnglishHelpOnline.com/. My/2011/09/the-difference-between-words-aggressive-and-assertive//
