Do I need a comma before “I guess” in this sentence?

There is always trade-off. I am convinced. Just saying.

I think the sentence seems incorrect whether I add one on it or not; I might just

have to re-word it.

I’ve learned to incorporate the comma in both clauses without putting an empty space. I’d appreciate it!

There’s always a trade-off for every choice.

When clauses are switched:

I guess there’s always a trade off.

What am I supposed to do?
