I have to say “Three times, I hit my head on this lamp” to mean “I hit my head on this lamp three times”?

What does it

mean when you say “three times, I hit my head on this lamp. I was worried about the first”? How

many times, I hit my head on this lamp,” said “Astuar.” “Twice,

I hit my head on a lamp. ” Is

there a way to ” etc. “?

to mean

“I hit my head on this lamp three times. I

hit my head on This Light many times. ” I

hit my head on this lamp twice. I want to die. I just gave it some stars. Is

an “Ex: etc.” accepted idea?

What kind of story can I tell a friend about how many times I have hit his head on a room light in the past?

I think we should use term “one time” or “once” in the beginnings of these kind of sentences, but I am not sure about the phrases like the ones I gave in the example sentences.
