Why should you invest in luxury after you know it’s gone bad?

A question about the proper use of the word invest.

An investor should get a return on the investment if that investment has been made. What are some examples of the word “invest”? In one way or another, you can invest in the real estate or stock market.

Does anybody know that luxury buys itself because it is all too much and will automatically depreciate? Should I invest in a quality hiking jacket?

People do stupid word usage like it but I don’t believe it and I’m not a smart guy. What I call bad investment. “Your choice of investments which decrease the value of your investments becomes bad investment” I believe it is possible to say something like “I invested in an expensive set of dining room chairs” but a very valid response to this sentence is “then you made a very bad investment”.

If you use a reference like this sentence (that you are probably talking to anybody)

What is considered to be a bad investment?

Even a bad investment can be better than the alternative to making no investment at all, if one’s options are limited. In this case, the investor is simply trying to mitigate his or her losses. What are some advantages of investing in a luxury car?

In the example of luxury goods, well, one is most likely investing in more than simple monetary gain. An expensive coat may bring status and / or happiness that would be harder to obtain otherwise.

When one invests in an item, such as in your examples, one expects a return on that investment. It doesn’t have to be monetary, whereas a percentage or interest is expected to be.

When it comes to hiking boots, you have to keep your foot healthy. What do you think of boots after such a hike? What

is the purpose of each quote?

One dictionary has a supplementary definition

while their usage example is faintly ridiculous, that definition fits your hiking boots or dining suite admirably An expensive pair of boots which last for several thousand miles is a far better investment than a pair at half the price which breaks at the end of the street.

If all of your investments are worthless, then why is it not worth it?
