How Effort One should improve?
How exactly does the post “effort” or “sheath” come across as correct grammatically!

The preposition “in” is perfectly fine in the way you have used it. The sentence is indeed correct, however some readers clumsily read the sentences themselves. How would I say the same thing? Since I had started using “insight” to write in my comments, I have changed the more common word for customer comments. Can you use indicators?

I suspect there’s been a unconscious inversion of ‘in our efforts to improve’.
It’s a phrasal verb that fits into a ‘desires are containers’ model, of which examples are “in our desire to do x”, “in our desire to do x”, “in our wish to do x”, etc.
